The ERN® Institute

Mission 

The ERN® Institute serves as a nonprofit workforce solutions think tank, fiduciary, and convener of ERN® members and partners for family, business, and community transformation.

Goals 

 

The ERN® Institute is a 501©3 organization working to:

• Establish The ERN® Institute in partnership with, but separate of Employer Resource Networks® 
• Serve as nonprofit fiduciary, fostering fund collaboration for ERN expansion and program scaling across the national network
• Raise awareness about ERNs® and The ERN® Institute including the dissemination of annual KPI data
• Serve as ERN® Administrator across Michigan 
• Support ERN members including admin, success coaches, and employers in outreach, reporting, and peer learning
