The ERN® Institute for Analytics and Engagement is a 501©3 organization launched in 2026. 

Mission 

The ERN® Institute serves as a nonprofit think-do tank, research hub, and convener of Employer Resource Network® members and partners, advancing research and innovative workforce solutions to support family, business, and community transformation.

Goals 

 

• Raise awareness about ERNs® and The ERN® Institute
• Serve as nonprofit fiduciary, fostering fund collaboration for ERN® expansion and program scaling across the national network
• Operate as a research hub for workforce development analysis
• Serve as ERN® Administrator across Michigan 
• Advance ERN® efforts by providing outreach, reporting, and peer learning supports
• Convene administrators, success coaches, employees, employers, strategic partners, researchers, and funders around workforce solutions
